By planing and meeting onsite with your office we can tailor a Self Pay program to meet your needs.

A. We help with Policies and Procedures on your Self Pay accounts.
B. Help develop letters you can use to introduce ARCH.
C. Plan an initial clean up program on the older first batch of accounts being sent to ARCH.

Community Introduction

By informing your community first that ARCH is a positive approach in settling your account we find our success is greater. We can do this in several ways.

B. Flyer inserts you can have at your front desk, ER and Business Office to give to your patients.

D. We can come to your Health Fairs and have a booth and help answer questions that your patients might have had during the past year.
